What does it mean to live low effort?

Low effort living doesn’t mean no effort. And it doesn’t mean lazy! Low effort living is about minimizing time spent on maintenance and maximizing the time that can be spent on those areas of life that bring fulfilment. Why only spend time maintaining what you already have when there is so much out there to experience?

The ideas in this blog aim to minimize the time spent on those parts of life that I felt were the most mundane. Everyone is unique, so don’t consider these recommendations as a statement on what you should minimize in your own life. Instead, the goal of this blog is to provide resources you can use to simplify your daily routines and create the space needed to be intentional about where you spend your time. Live simple, maintain less, and experience more!
